From last few months I have been trying to recruit few SharePoint Admins for a company and found the “disturbing fact”, There are merely any good SharePoint admins available.

There are 100’s of SharePoint admins with no knowledge about how SharePoint really works. Everyone i interviewed had good knowledge on the application perspective, but the more non-application I went the less answers i got.

If i ask them an IIS puzzle or a Windows\DNS\AD\SQL everyone replies absolute nonsense.

Industry wants only capable SharePoint administrator in the upper ladder, others just ends up in to support functions.

Tones of opportunities are out there, do you want to make it to the top hiring list, you need to step up your knowledge… out of SharePoint, where the true admins hunts..

So i am thinking to spread the beautiful administration techniques and knowledge about SharePoint at a small package…
